This month, we are thrilled to report great news for both sales and closings! Our Jacksonville Realtors came in strong with nearly $8.8 million in sales and $7.6 million in closings! Twenty different agents had sales in July. Everyone did their part in making this an incredible month for our company and we couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and dedication to their client’s needs. Here are the top Realtors for July:

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Lister for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with almost $1 million in listings sold and almost $1.4 million in total sales. Out of Mirtha’s five sales, three were her own listings. She sold in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community, Ponte Vedra and multiple homes where she lives, Heritage Landing. Another Great Month of Sales in April – Congratulations to Mirtha, Jennifer and Pauline!

A new month, but the ladies remain on top! Last month, we recognized Davidson agents Mirtha Barzaga, Pauline Cake and Jennifer Todd for their achievements in March and the first quarter of 2012. Well, they are still on fire and so is the rest of the Davidson team with over $4.1 million in closings and over $5.7 million in sales for April!

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Producer for April is Mirtha Barzaga with 4 closings totaling $664,000. Mirtha closed two homesites in the King & Bear, one of which came with a coveted golf membership to the King & Bear golf course, a one-time-only collaboration by Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. And, Mirtha helped a family relocate from Heritage Landing to their dream home in Georgia.  Mirtha was our Top Producer and Top Lister in March and the Top Lister for the first quarter. $7.5 Million in Sales for March and 13 New Construction Sales for the First Quarter! Congratulations to our Tops!

We’ve got great news all around! We had an outstanding month in sales with over $7.5 million in total sales for March and our sales for the first quarter of 2012 were up 40% from the first quarter in 2011! We are very excited to celebrate our monthly and quarterly top agents, so a big round of applause is in order for Mirtha Barzaga, Pauline Cake, and Jennifer Todd.

Mirtha BarzagaMirtha Barzaga is our Top Producer and Top Lister for the month AND our Top Lister for the first quarter. She had four closings in March – two lots in The Estates in the King & Bear and one new construction with a total of almost $500,000 closed, which just continues to show new construction is soaring! As our Top Lister, she had 8 transactions for over $850,000 in listings sold and total sales of over $1.4 million.  And, she had over $1.1 million in listings sold and over $2.2 million in total sales for the first quarter. Around the World with the Davidson Companies!

DSC_7726We had an incredible time eating, drinking and socializing around the world at this year’s awards banquet. From America to Germany, Italy to France, Japan and Asia, and back around to the Caribbean, we had a blast enjoying delicious authentic cuisine thanks to Chef Andre and Past Time Café & Catering, trying the local spirits of the region and even donning some fun accessories. 

President of Davidson Realty Sherry Davidson started the evening with a reminder that our company goal written in 2005 still holds true in 2012 – “That the Davidson Companies are the best that we can be. We don’t want to be the biggest real estate company, but we aim to be the best in our geographic area in customer service. We want every person that calls our development or realty office to be treated with respect. We hope their experience with Davidson leaves them thinking we are professional, honest, caring and helpful. And we hope they refer someone they know to call Davidson!”

Then Sherry presented the 2011 awards! Thank you to Beverly Morse, Elsie Evans, Shirley Barber, Matt Davidson, Ted Tyndall, and Jock Ochiltree for their 5 years of service with the Davidson Companies. A Great End to an Even Greater Year- Congrats to our Top Realtors in December & the 4th Quarter!

The final tally for 2011 is in and we’re thrilled to report that business was up over $8 million in sales and over $9 million in closings from 2010 to 2011!  We’re also happy that overall the North Florida real estate market is showing positive signs of continued improvement.  Our hats are off to our incredible team of St. Augustine Realtors, and special Dottie Originalthanks goes to our top performers in December and the fourth quarter of 2011.

Our Top Sales Agent and Top Listing Agent for December is Dottie Lay with almost $300,000 in listings sold and over $1 million in total sales. Seventeen different agents had sales in December for a total of over $4.2 million. Dottie had an amazing close to 2011 and we know that 2012 will take her even further!

MargheriteThe Top Producer for December is Margherite Myers with over $900,000 in closings! Our agents had over $4.2 Million in closings for the month. Margherite was on fire this month selling new home construction in The Cascades – World Golf Village’s premier active adult community.

suzyFor the 4th Quarter, our Top Sales Agent is Suzy Evans with over $1.3 million in buyer sales and over $2.5 million in total sales. Total sales for the quarter were over $16 million. Suzy was also our Top Sales Agent/Top Producer in November and our Top Lister in October.

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Lister and Top Producer for the quarter is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.7 million in listings sold and almost $2.8 million in total sales. She had almost $3 million in closings.  Our closings for the quarter were over $14 million. Mirtha was also our Top Lister in November and the 3rd Quarter.

Congratulations to the entire Davidson family for a year of progress!
