Davidson Realty sponsors an annual baseball-themed contest in which the firm’s Realtors split into “teams” and compete to be champions in production and sales. This year’s championship team is the Red Sox. Each month we profile a top producer from that team.

Our Realtors have been working hard for their customers and it shows in our numbers for June and the 2nd Quarter of 2016! Team Davidson brought in $13.4 million in sales for June and $8.1 million in closings. We had 43 different Realtors with sales for the quarter, totaling $35.3 million. Our closings were impressive with the team bringing in $29 million! Congratulations to all of our agents on a job well done! Erin Mount and Mirtha Barzaga Reign in May – Congratulations to our Top Realtors!

Congratulations to all twenty-eight of our agents that had sales during May totaling $9.6 million! Our Realtors brought in 43 transactions for a total of $11.7 million in closings during the month. We need to give special recognition to the two ladies who came out on top, Erin Mount and Mirtha Barzaga.

The Top Listing Agent for May is Erin Mount with $469,000 in listings sold. Erin sold three of her own listings in Heritage Landing. Erin not only helps buyers and sellers in Heritage Landing, her and her family also live there. Erin loves living and working in the World Golf Village area! Read more
