April Was a Hot Month for Our Realtors – $14 Million in Sales!

We had a great month in April! The company brought in $14 million in sales and over $8 million in closings. The Northeast Florida market is really heating up. The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors’ market stats showed the pending sales for March jumped 10% from last March to 2,893, which is the highest number of contracts written in any month (including the peak of the market in 2005). Nine Davidson Realtors honored among top three percent of local agents

Congratulations go out to our nine agents recently named as 2017 Five Star Professionals! Those agents include Ron Savarese, Joanne Samuelson, Michelle Gonzalez, Suzy Evans, Mirtha Barzaga, Lynn Whitley, Liz Pappaceno, Margherite Myers and Jock Ochiltree.

The 1920’s themed party, which was held on Saturday, February 25, at the Legends Grille in World Golf Village, welcomed nearly 100 people and included a bevy of feathers, fedoras, flapper dresses, and of course, fun! When you work as hard as Davidson Realty’s agents and staff, sometimes you have to let loose and have fun! We did just that at our annual awards event on Saturday, January 21 at the Jax Beach Event Hall.
