April Was a Hot Month for Our Realtors – $14 Million in Sales!

We had a great month in April! The company brought in $14 million in sales and over $8 million in closings. The Northeast Florida market is really heating up. The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors’ market stats showed the pending sales for March jumped 10% from last March to 2,893, which is the highest number of contracts written in any month (including the peak of the market in 2005). I hope you had a wonderful Easter and are enjoying the awesome spring weather! The Northeast Florida housing market is heating up according to the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors market stats.

JSO Veteran Mike Davis Joins Davidson Realty

Please join us in welcoming Mike Davis to our growing sales team! Mike brings to his role years of experience with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office as a police officer, and later, detective.

“Mike has built his career on a strong foundation of service, which he is eager to utilize in helping his customers. We’re happy to welcome Mike to the team,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty.

Mike was born and raised in Jacksonville. He spent many years with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, starting as a police officer and transitioning to its Detective Division for 20 years. During his last five years with JSO, Mike worked in the FBI Task Force where he investigated human trafficking throughout Northeast and Central Florida. In 2014, Mike and his partner were named Florida Law Enforcement Officials of the Year for their work in human trafficking. Read more

Brenda was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. After serving in the U.S. Navy, she earned a business degree from the University of Central Florida and embarked on a law enforcement career.
