Frankee Gibbs joins sales team at Davidson Realty

We are happy to welcome Realtor Frankee Gibbs to our World Golf Village team! A Northeast Florida native, Frankee brings to Davidson a background in construction and law enforcement.

 

“Frankee has extensive local knowledge as well as solid experience in construction. Add to that her dedication to helping people, and it’s easy to see she will be a great asset to buyers and sellers,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty.

 

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Frankee spent the first part of her career in construction, and later worked in law enforcement. She also has experience renovating homes in her free time.

 

Frankee relocated to St. Augustine in 2017 and pursued a long-time interest in real estate.

 

In her free time, Frankee enjoys working on home renovation projects with her husband, interior decorating and touring model homes. She is also a mother of two; her son is a St. Augustine police officer and her daughter is a junior high school student.

 

She looks forward to working with customers throughout the First Coast.

Delilah Salameh has joined our agent team in World Golf Village! Delilah was born and raised on the First Coast and brings to Davidson years of experience in business operations and customer service.

Delilah built a career working in the insurance industry, followed by several yearsserving as associate director of admissions for The Bolles School in Jacksonville. She later owned a transportation company in Fernandina Beach.

From Army nurse to real estate agent: Kevin McGowan joins Davidson Realty

We are happy to welcome our newest agent Kevin McGowan to the Davidson team! His extensive background includes nursing and health administration, corrections and financial planning.

 

“Kevin brings a passion for helping people that shines through in all his experience,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty. “His customers will benefit from his know-how and natural dedication to customer service.”

 

Kevin was raised in Colorado and served in the U.S. Army for 10 years, during which time he earned a licensed practical nurse (LPN) certification. He worked as an LPN and records administrator for several years. Kevin later shifted to corrections, working for an Ohio correctional institution for 17 years. Always looking to expand his knowledge and help others, he also worked part-time as a debt counselor.

Davidson Realty just celebrated our 30th anniversary. Thanks to everyone for all of the support over these three decades!

 

July was a great month with $10 Million in closings and I would like to recognize our Top producers.

 

Our Top Producer with the most closings for the month was Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha just wrapped up her Back to School Drive collecting needed supplies for St. Johns County students. She also supports Nease High School especially the Marching Band and ROTC.

 

The Top Sales agent is Terri Apodaca. Terri is one of the hosts of a great business networking event held the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Renaissance. Come meet Terri at the next event.

Thanks for all the support and referrals this year! We helped 31 families purchase their new home or sell their existing home in June.

 

 

Suzy Evans is our Top Producer and Top Lister for June and our Top Sales and Top Lister for the 2nd quarter. Suzy helped 10 families make a move in the quarter with volume of over $3.8 Million.
