We are happy to announce Cree Mitchell has joined our World Golf Village agent team! Cree brings to Davidson years of experience in mortgage underwriting.

 

Not only is Cree experienced in the mortgage process, he has a real passion for customer service that shines through in everything he does.

 

Cree originates from North Carolina. He earned a business degree from East Carolina University before relocating to Northeast Florida where he has lived for more than 30 years. Cree has a professional background in underwriting and refinancing of home loans. He also has experience in swimming pool construction.

I would like to recognize our entire team for a great February with over $9 Million in closings.

 

The Top Producing, Top Sales and Top Listing agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha helped 6 families make a move this month for a total volume over $2.5 Million. Mirtha supports Nease High School ROTC and band programs in addition to many other local causes.

 

 

 

The Top Producing Team for February is Dana Usrey and Deborah Shadowen, a great mother-daughter team. Dana and Deborah are very active in the local schools and involved in Davidson Realty’s “Deck the Chairs” entry every year.

Army veteran Max Reyna joins Davidson Realty’s agent team

We are happy to introduce our Max Reyna, a new agent on Davidson Realty’s sales team! Max is a veteran of the U.S. Army and has experience in logistics and supply chain management.

 

Real estate is a natural fit for Max. He’s dedicated, solidly familiar with the local market and has a lot of experience from many years of military relocations.

 

Max grew up in a Navy family and moved frequently, eventually settling in Neptune Beach. After graduating from Fletcher High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he served honorably for five years, including two deployments to Iraq.

Seth Knolhoff joins Davidson Realty’s World Golf Village team

We are pleased to announce the addition of Seth Knolhoff to our expanding sales team! Seth brings to Davidson years of experience in education.

“Seth has a great knack for connecting with people and an appreciation for our area that really shines through to his customers,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty. “We’re happy to have him on our team.”

Seth attended Eastern Illinois University where he played football and earned a degree in biology. After graduating, he taught biology in Illinois and, after relocating to St. Augustine in 2016, continued teaching as well as coaching football and basketball. An avid people person, Seth has also guided wine tasting tours in historic St. Augustine.

As a new Realtor, Seth looks forward to creating a superior experience for buyers and sellers throughout the area. He works out of Davidson’s World Golf Village office.

Mirtha Barzaga is the Top Producer with 5 closings in January. She is also our Top Sales Agent with 6 sales totaling $2.5 Million in sales for the month. Mirtha is following up a great year in 2019 where she was Top Producer and Top Sales for the year. She also received The President’s Award for 2019.

 

 

 

The Top Lister for January is Suzy Evans. Suzy had over $1.2 Million of her listings go under contract during January. Her total sales for the month were $1.8 Million. Suzy also had a wonderful 2019 and she was our Top Listing Agent of the year.
