The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors market stats for February bring you really good news if you are thinking of selling your home. Even though there were 3,146 new listings in February, 6% more than February 2015, the inventory of homes for sale dropped 17% to 9,027 properties. This is the lowest number of homes on the market in our area since late 2005. Read more

Davidson’s $500 Incentive Program Invigorates Home Values & Sales

Great news for home sellers! Since launching our new seller incentive program in early 2015, we have experienced reductions in time on the market and increases in home values for properties that have taken advantage of the program.

For any homeowner that lists a home with Davidson Realty, the incentive offers $500 to be used towards any home improvement project. So far, sellers have used the funds for landscaping and yard work, flooring, painting, repairs and other mechanical upgrades.

Davidson agent Don Gibson sold a home in four days and close to $25,000 above the list price after installing a new air conditioning unit that increased the home’s heated/cooled square footage, and Davidson agent Mirtha Barzaga turned around a home in five days after completing repairs and painting.
