JD’s Recipes – Greek Grape Leaves

This recipe was actually given to me by my good friend Mrs. Lynn Pappas.

  • 1 Cup of uncooked rice
  • 1 lb. Ground lamb
  • 16 oz. Crushed tomatoes
  • 2-3  Cups loose packed chopped fresh mint leaves
  • Sprinkle of marjoram & basil
