Davidson Cares recently wrapped up its fundraising year for the St. Johns County public schools by delivering $1,000 educational grants to five local schools, including Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary, Pacetti Bay Middle School and Nease High School.
