Team Davidson Closes Out October with over $8.8 Million in Sales!

Our Jacksonville Realtors finished strong in October with 23 different agents contributing to over $8.8 million in sales and $6.9 million in closings. October also brought more agents; we are up to 50 agents and counting! Congratulations to all of Team Davidson on a great month and welcome to all our new Realtors. Here are the top agents for the month of October:

The Top Listing Agent for October is Margherite Myers with $785,000 in listings sold. Margherite sold a riverfront home listing in Jacksonville. Margherite has great experience and knowledge working with buyers trying to relocate to our area. She is also an expert on 55+ communities in our area, including The Cascades in World Golf Village. Davidson Realty Welcomes Experienced Agent Erin Mount

We are thrilled to announce the addition of another outstanding agent to the Davidson team! Please join us in welcoming Erin Mount to our roster of superb real estate professionals.  Erin’s real estate experience spans more than eight years and includes selling properties as well as co-owning a renovation and construction company.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Erin brings a great energy to her position in addition to years of real estate experience.  We are thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

Erin graduated from St. Louis University with a Master’s degree in Counseling, a field that requires listening and understanding peoples’ needs – an important asset in real estate.  She then became a Realtor with Re/Max in Western Kentucky as well as operated a renovation and construction company with her husband.  In that role, she says she learned a lot about real estate including how to see the potential in every property. The NEFAR Market Stats for September 2013 begins its summary with “Do you hear that? Hummmmm. That’s the delightful sound of normalcy. Buyers are buying, sellers are selling, lenders are lending and builders are building.” Our monthly closing report for Davidson Realty shows 32% of our closings were new construction,  59% were traditional (normal) closings and only  9% were  foreclosures or short sales. Davidson Welcomes Customer Service Pro Jennifer Henriott

Jennifer was born in Pensacola and raised in Atlanta where she first learned excellent customer skills as a flight attendant with Delta Airlines.  After relocating to St. Augustine, she continued to follow her passion for helping people in organizations known for superior customer service, Starbucks and Stein Mart. Davidson Cares’ Novemberfest is Back by Popular Demand – Get Your Tickets for the Fundraiser on November 8th!

The best fundraiser of the year is back and better than ever! Davidson Cares’ 2nd Annual Novemberfest is happening on Friday, November 8th at Mile Marker Brewing beginning at 7 pm. Come out to enjoy the best local brews (and wine), Moe’s Southwest Grill Taco Bar, live music by Dos Gringos and awesome silent auction/raffle items all to benefit our local St. Johns County Schools, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. Tickets are $25 and $20 goes directly to the four schools mentioned above. All proceeds from the raffle and silent auction items go directly to the schools! A big thank you to Title Sponsor Bank of England for helping to make this event possible.
