At Davidson Realty, we love our new realtors and Liz Pappaceno is our newest! Liz brings to us 27 years of dedicated experience working for the U.S. government. Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Liz is committed to providing top notch service to each of her clients. We are delighted to welcome Liz to Davidson Realty.”

A New Jersey native, Liz graduated from Rider University and immediately took a position with the U.S. government, serving in Newark and Trenton. She later worked in Philadelphia and transferred to Jacksonville for a position in 2008. Once again, several of Davidson Realty’s agents have earned a nationally recognized distinction! Jacksonville Magazine and research firm Five Star Professional have designated five Davidson agents as Five Star Professionals, including Suzy Evans, Mirtha Barzaga, Margherite Myers, Michelle Gonzalez, and Pauline Cake.
