Davidson Realty has a new referral basket winner! Congratulations to King & Bear resident Kathi Weiss, who received the ice cream themed referral basket last week.

Kathi, who is retired, moved from Pennsylvania to her K&B home built by Legacy Builders less than a year ago, and encouraged a friend up north to consider World Golf Village as well. Her friend recently purchased a new home built by Inland Homes in the King & Bear.

A surprised Kathi said she had never won anything and was thrilled to win the basket. Read more

Celebrating our Top Realtors for September and the 3rd Quarter of 2014

Our St. Augustine Realtors ended September with $9.3 million in sales and $9 million in closings. We had 28 agents with transactions during the month. We had an incredible quarter with $32 million in sales and $39.5 million in closings! There were 39 different agents with transactions during the 3rd Quarter. Congratulations to all our hard working agents. We have to give special recognition to the Realtors that came out on top!

The Top Listing Agents for September are Pauline Cake and Woody Cake with over $700,000 in listings sold. They sold four of their own listings, one in Walden Chase, one in World Golf Village, one in Palataka and one in West Jacksonville. Pauline and Woody live, work and play in World Golf Village. MOJO BBQ Night is Coming to Wards Creek Elementary!

School is in session and Davidson Cares is excited to get started bringing much needed funds to local schools this year! To help kick off the academic year, Davidson Cares is hosting the First Annual MOJO BBQ Night at Wards Creek Elementary on Tuesday, October 7.

This is the busiest time of year for families with school-age kids, so Davidson Cares is making it easy to enjoy delicious MOJO Old City BBQ with your family at home, while helping Davidson Cares to raise valued funds for Wards Creek. Here’s how it works:

1. Simply choose your meal preference:
• Single turkey or pork platter (feeds one adult or two children) – Served with Texas toast, macaroni-n-cheese and green beans. Single platters are $10 (Wards Creek receives $5)
• Family platter (feeds family of four) – Served with turkey, pork, Texas toast, macaroni-n-cheese and green beans. Family platters are $30 (Wards Creek receives $15) Read more

Gail George Becomes Davidson’s Newest Realtor

We recently welcomed Gail George to our real estate team! Gail has several years of experience in real estate sales and has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson said, “Gail has a love of Northeast Florida that she shares with the rest of us at Davidson. She is a great addition to the team and will be a helpful guide for her clients.”

Though she was born and raised in Canada, Gail is a long-time Florida resident. She began her career in elementary education and, continuing her passion for helping people, moved into real estate several years ago.
