Congrats to Kathi Weiss, Our New Referral Basket Winner

Davidson Realty has a new referral basket winner! Congratulations to King & Bear resident Kathi Weiss, who received the ice cream themed referral basket last week.

Kathi, who is retired, moved from Pennsylvania to her K&B home built by Legacy Builders less than a year ago, and encouraged a friend up north to consider World Golf Village as well. Her friend recently purchased a new home built by Inland Homes in the King & Bear.

A surprised Kathi said she had never won anything and was thrilled to win the basket.

The theme of our next basket is “Bling in the New Year!” Anyone who refers a buyer, seller, tenant or home to be sold or rented between now and December 31 has a chance to win it.
