Air Force Veteran Earl Humphreys Joins Davidson Realty

Please help us welcome Earl Humphreys, Davidson’s newest agent! Earl brings more than two decades of military service to his position and is dedicated to providing superior customer service. Originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Earl moved with his family to East Tennessee where he finished high school and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. During his service, Earl was stationed in North Dakota and Georgia as well as an Air Force base in Greece. He has also traveled extensively having been deployed to Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Italy, France, Sicily, Japan, Bahrain, England, Spain and the Azores, to name a few. Read more

Our Jacksonville Realtors and Davidson Development team had amazing numbers for the month of March with $19 million in closings and $7 million in sales. Congratulations to everyone who helped to make this a great month. Here are the Top Realtors for November:

Mirtha Barzaga is the Top Listing Agent and Top Producer for November with almost $2 million in closings. Mirtha had three new construction closings with Legacy Builders, D.R. Horton and Inland Homes. She also had two resale closings in St. Augustine. October’s Real Estate Trends – Jacksonville Ranked #9 Nationally in all Cash Sales

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors market stats for October make me thankful for the positive trends we continue to see. The pending sales in October of 2,193 are 22% higher than the previous October. We have 11% more pending sales year to date than the same period in 2013.

There were 1,906 closings in October which are 4% more than the previous October and year to date we are up 7%. You have to keep in perspective that 2013 was drastically better than 2012 and we continue to have better numbers in 2014 than 2013. Read more

Davidson Cares’ Novemberfest Fundraiser was better than ever this year with cool Northeast Florida weather, live music by Davidson agent Chris Evan’s and his band Terribly Fantastic, over 45 raffle/silent auction items, a delicious taco bar, yummy craft beers, delectable wines and the support of all our vendors, neighbors and friends.
