Team Davidson Lends a Hand (and a Hammer) to Habitat for Humanity

Several agents and staff from Davidson Realty recently supported Habitat for Humanity of St. Augustine/St. Johns County by helping with construction of a local home on Saturday, May 2. The event was part of Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build Week 2015.

Davidson’s team of volunteers included realtors Shelley Nemethy, Margherite Myers, Erin Mount, Gail George and Listing Coordinator Vicki Wilder. Gail is also a board member at Habitat for Humanity of St. Augustine/St. Johns County. Read more

April was another productive month for the Davidson Team! We had 25 different Jacksonville Realtors with sales totaling $11 million for the month and 25 different Realtors with closings totaling $6.7 million. April was also a big month for Davidson Realty’s charitable foundation, Davidson Cares. We donated over $30,000 to our local St. Johns County public schools through St. Johns County Education Foundation’s matching grant program!

Jacksonville Real Estate Trends for March – Pending Sales Higher This Month Than March 2005!

Spring is here and the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors market stats look strong. The most impressive trend I see is pending sales. There were 2,752 contracts written in north Florida in March 2015. This is 30% more than last March when 2,121 contracts were written. The pending sales are up 22% year to date over the previous year (7,038 compared to 5,766). The most staggering fact is that during the peak of the market in 2005, pending sales reached almost 2,500 for two months and we have approximately 250 more pending sales this March. Read more
