Team Davidson had a killer month in May with 28 of our Jacksonville Realtors having sales! Our team brought in $11 million in sales and over $9 million in closings for the month. We had everything from new builds in St. Augustine to re-sales in Ponte Vedra and downtown Jacksonville. Congratulations to our entire team on a wonderful month!

It takes real courage to work in the real estate industry these days. Even though things are very positive at the moment, the last 8 years have had many false starts and there have been lots of ups and downs. Most of the people I know in our industry continue to be cautious.

The April 2015 Northeast Florida Association of Realtors market stats show a strong spring market. Pending sales, closings and prices are up and the homes available for sale are down. The trends could not be much better. Read more

Sherry Davidson Joins DBPR “Celebrating Women in Business” Panel

Sherry Davidson will join other female business leaders to provide insights and advice as part of a discussion panel at the 4th Annual Celebrating Women in Business event on Friday, May 29. Hosted by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), the event begins at 1 p.m. at the Midtown Centre in Jacksonville.

“I am a big believer in sharing knowledge and experience to help champion professional development for women,” said Sherry. “This business panel is one of those valuable opportunities for all of us to learn and share with each other.”
