Davidson Realty Closes First Public Contract In TrailMark Community

Congratulations to Davidson Realty agents Jock Ochiltree and Leah Ochiltree, who closed the first public contract in TrailMark, a new residential community in northern St. Johns County. Team Ochiltree closed the contract with buyer Daphney Jirau for a DR Horton home. The contract was only the second in the entire community, the first being a corporate sale. Read more

WGV Development in The Spotlight At Mirtha Barzaga’s Heritage Landing Event

Davidson Agent Mirtha Barzaga recently invited residents of Heritage Landing to an educational event that explored the past, present and future of the World Golf Village area. The event, held on May 27 at the community’s Heritage Room, was attended by about 25 residents and featured speaker Rick Pariani, Vice President of Design and Development for Davidson Development.

“The story of World Golf Village includes more than 25 years of history.
