Our Jacksonville Realtors are determined to finish strong in 2011! The Davidson team closed October out with $7.9 million in sales and $5.2 million in closings. Twenty-four different agents had transactions to make for a very successful month, but there are three that stood out from the crowd and reign as the top Realtors for October!

Jennifer Todd is no stranger to the tops list in 2011 and we are thrilled to name her as our Top Lister for October with over $900,000 in listings sold!  Jennifer sold four of her own listings – two in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community, one in Ponte Vedra Beach and one in Jacksonville. Northeast Florida Real Estate Trends in September – Strong Pending Sales and Declining Inventory Available!

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors market trends for September continues to show strong pending sales and declining inventory available. The 1,870 pending sales for September are 40% higher than September 2011 when there were 1,337 pending sales. Year to date pending sales are 16% higher than the same period last year.  Pending sales have increased the most in the $200,000-$299,999 price range at 20.9% followed closely by the $300,000 to $499,999 price range with a 20.4% increase. Mirtha Barzaga, our Davidson Realty Agent Spotlight this month is no stranger to the spotlight.  Mirtha is frequently recognized for her strong sales track record.  In fact, Mirtha is our Top Producer for September 2012 and Top Lister for the Third Quarter 2012.  She has developed a specialty in new home construction and was recently instrumental in negotiating a multi-lot purchase in the King & Bear for a national homebuilder.
