Leah Ochiltree Joins Husband Jock as a Davidson Realty Agent

We’re thrilled to have not one but two Ochiltree agents on our team.  Leah Ochiltree has joined her husband of 44 years, Jock, as a Davidson Realty agent.  Leah and Jock plan to work as a team.  “Leah’s customer-focus and interior design background coupled with Jock’s negotiation and sales skills will serve clients well,” says Sherry Davidson.

Originally from South Florida, Leah spent much of her adult life in the San Francisco bay area working as an insurance brokerage manager, Merrill Lynch account specialist, and executive administrative assistant for several technology companies.  Upon returning to Florida, Leah pursued her entrepreneurial passion for decorating and launched her own interior design company.  She brings her keen eye for space planning, design, and understanding customer needs to her new career in real estate sales. Florida Native Brianne Nodal Joins Davidson Realty Team with Diverse Industry Experience

One of our newest agents, Brianne Nodal, brings her clients, whether looking to buy a home or sell a home, valuable insight gleaned as both a real estate investor and mortgage broker before she became a real estate agent.   Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Brianne has experience with the real estate process that benefits her clients, along with an enthusiastic dedication to customer satisfaction.  We’re happy to welcome her to our team.”

A Florida native originating from Miami, Brianne began her career in tourism as a top sales agent for a Jamaica-based all-inclusive resort.  She then worked as gift shop manager at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens in Coconut Grove.  Brianne and her family relocated to St. Augustine in 2004, launched a mortgage brokerage company, and began investing in local real estate.  Today, she remains passionate about the real estate field and is excited to help her new clients as a Davidson Realty agent.  Brianne and her husband of 14 years share three sons.  In her free time, she enjoys focusing on health and wellness, and dedicates her time to a Northeast Florida food co-op group.

Northeast Florida Market Stats Continue to Show Recovery in the Housing Market in January 2013!

January 2013 was a great month. We celebrated our 6th year in our building on January 31st. Time sure flies when you are having fun.

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors market stats for January 2013 continue to show recovery in our housing market. I would like to begin with Pending Sales. There were 1,997 contracts written in January which is an increase of 47% over last January when 1,361 contracts were written. The great news is that pending sales were higher than any month since mid 2006. Read more

Davidson Cares Gives $4,800 in Grants and That’s Only the Beginning!

We are so excited to announce that all the Davidson Cares grants have been given out for the awesome video submissions from Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School! Each winning video from the four schools received $1,000 and all other videos received $100 towards their needs. The Davidson Cares Board Members and team had so much fun surprising the teachers and students on their news shows and in their classrooms. Read more
