We are thrilled to announce that Sherry Davidson was recently welcomed into the Women Business Owners of Northeast Florida (WBO), the area’s premier women’s entrepreneurial organization. Just last month, Sherry also joined the group’s Membership Committee.

Hard Work Pays Off with Great Numbers in July – Congrats to Maxine, Mirtha and The Cakes!

July brought many reasons to celebrate.  We hit our residential home sales goals; 24 of our hard working Jacksonville Realtors logged sales or closings; and, as a bonus, Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson was named one of The Jacksonville Business Journal’s Women of Influence for 2013! Team Davidson boasted total sales of $7.6 million and closings of $6.6 million in July. Congratulations to Maxine Levy, Mirtha Barzaga and Pauline and Woody Cake for making it to the top!

The Top Listing Agent for the month of July is Maxine Levy with over $850,000 in listings sold and total sales over $950,000. Maxine sold three of her own listings, including land to a builder for new construction in Green Cove Springs, a condominium in Fleming Island, and a home in Turnberry (a World Golf Village community). She also had the buyer for a condo in The Legends in World Golf Village. Congratulations to our Jamaican Beauty! Read more

Davidson Boasts A New Member of Property Management in Denise Kwilinski!

We are thrilled to welcome Denise Kwilinski to our expanding property management team!  Possessing expertise in sales and design, Denise offers valuable experience working closely with customers to meet their needs.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Between her natural enthusiasm and knowledge, I am confident in Denise’s ability to serve as a helpful partner to both property owners and tenants.  She is a great addition to the Davidson roster.”

Denise and her family sold their home in Indiana and relocated to Florida in 2007. Her experience includes kitchen design and outside sales of recycling, garbage, and medical waste hauling services. In June 2013, Denise joined Davidson Property Management as a Property Manager Administrative Assistant and says she is very excited to be part of the growing team. Read more
