Originally from Chelyabinsk, Russia, Lera moved to the U.S. in 2005 after earning a degree in Linguistics and Communication. Upon arriving, she lived in the Maryland and Delaware area where she met her now husband Chad. The couple relocated to North Carolina and finally settled in St. Augustine. Davidson Cares’ Novemberfest Fundraiser Raises Over $8,000 for St. Johns County Schools!

With over $8,000 raised for Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School in a single night, we are just getting started! We had a wonderful night at Mile Marker Brewing for Davidson Cares’ Second Annual Novemberfest fundraiser rocking out to Dos Gringos, grubbing on Moe’s Taco Bar and bidding on awesome silent auction and raffle items all in the name of St. Johns County Schools. Team Davidson Closes Out October with over $8.8 Million in Sales!

Our Jacksonville Realtors finished strong in October with 23 different agents contributing to over $8.8 million in sales and $6.9 million in closings. October also brought more agents; we are up to 50 agents and counting! Congratulations to all of Team Davidson on a great month and welcome to all our new Realtors. Here are the top agents for the month of October:

The Top Listing Agent for October is Margherite Myers with $785,000 in listings sold. Margherite sold a riverfront home listing in Jacksonville. Margherite has great experience and knowledge working with buyers trying to relocate to our area. She is also an expert on 55+ communities in our area, including The Cascades in World Golf Village. Davidson Realty Welcomes Experienced Agent Erin Mount

We are thrilled to announce the addition of another outstanding agent to the Davidson team! Please join us in welcoming Erin Mount to our roster of superb real estate professionals.  Erin’s real estate experience spans more than eight years and includes selling properties as well as co-owning a renovation and construction company.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Erin brings a great energy to her position in addition to years of real estate experience.  We are thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

Erin graduated from St. Louis University with a Master’s degree in Counseling, a field that requires listening and understanding peoples’ needs – an important asset in real estate.  She then became a Realtor with Re/Max in Western Kentucky as well as operated a renovation and construction company with her husband.  In that role, she says she learned a lot about real estate including how to see the potential in every property.
