In 1979, Ruby launched her career with a real estate appraisal company in Key West, Florida. After relocating to Jacksonville in 1985, she pursued her real estate license and began her sales career as well as continued property appraising.  She established and operated her own appraisal company in 1999. Ruby’s passion for real estate sales also continued to grow and she became a full-time Realtor in 2008. The First Annual Davidson Cares 5K & Kid’s Fun Run Delivered Huge Support for our Schools!

The rain didn’t slow us down! The first annual Davidson Cares’ 5k & Kid’s Fun Run took place Saturday, February 8th in World Golf Village and even though the weather did not cooperate with us, we still had close to 100 runners and walkers come out to support our local neighborhood schools. We had great kid’s activities happening from 10 am to 2 pm, including giant hamster balls on a racing track, laser tag, face painting, air tattoos, and more. And, Arthur Crofton from Lite 96.1 WEJZ’s morning show came out to draw the winner for the Davidson Cares’ $2500 Vacation Raffle – Congratulations to Dennis Ryan and thank you to Arthur! Read more

There’s already a lot going on at Davidson Realty in 2014! We formed relationships with La Fontana at the Residences, Emerald Homes and The Cascades to be their listing agents in World Golf Village. We have our first annual Davidson Cares 5k & Kid’s Fun Run this Saturday in World Golf Village and we’ve already raised over $16,500 for our local schools. I created this dish after having something similar at Giovanni’s many years ago.
