Team Davidson recently celebrated our 14th Annual Awards Banquet in “black and white” style at Blackstone Grille in Julington Creek. Over 90 agents and staff came out to celebrate a tremendous year in sales and closings and enjoy delectable food by our friends at Blackstone Grille. Our Jacksonville Realtors, along with our Davidson Development team, had $126 million in sales and $134 million in closings for the year! Read more

Davidson Realty agent Mirtha Barzaga hosted her Third Annual Client Appreciation Party on Saturday, January 10, at the King & Bear Clubhouse. The event theme was “Denim & Diamonds” with many guests dressed in blue jeans and jewels.

About 60 people attended the evening event, including a number of Mirtha’s previous buyers and sellers, fellow Davidson staff members and partnering vendors, builders and lenders. Read more

It’s Raffle Time For Davidson Cares!

We love raffles and this year’s First Annual Cooler & Cocktail Raffle blows all others away! The raffle prize, which is valued at approximately $800, includes an Igloo Glide™ 110-qt. marine wheeled cooler filled with 17 bottles of premium assorted liquors, glasses, snacks and party supplies. Anyone 21 and older may purchase tickets, which are available at $10 for one, $50 for six, and $100 for fifteen.
