We are thrilled to welcome Katie Roddy to Davidson’s outstanding team of Realtors. Katie brings to her new position years of experience in executive administration and customer service.

Katie holds an associate degree in office administration and has served in related roles for 15 years. She was a customer relations manager for the past two years before recently pursuing an interest in real estate. She also has experience in home renovations. Read more

From Educator to Agent: Lauren Martilli Joins Davidson Realty

We recently welcomed Lauren Martilli as the newest agent on our expanding team! Lauren is experienced as a Realtor as well as a college professor.

“Lauren is a strong communicator and she is passionate about helping people, which are vital qualities for success as an agent. The Davidson team has gained another great Realtor,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Lauren earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Florida State University before starting her career as a professor in humanities. She taught at several Florida colleges and universities before following a passion for real estate in 2013. Read more

Mirtha Barzaga and her team are hosting their 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive in World Golf Village’s Heritage Landing community on Saturday, November 14th between 2 and 4 pm to benefit the Emergency Services & Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County. All are invited to stop by the Heritage Landing Amenity Center Parking Lot on Saturday with non-perishable food items, such as canned fruits and vegetables, beans, noodles, soups, ham, tuna or salmon! Our Top Realtors in October – The Spotlight is on Amy, Maxine, Mirtha & Team Overman!

Another successful and productive month in the books for Team Davidson! We had 23 Realtors with sales during October totaling $10.8 million and 24 agents with closings coming in at $8.6 million. We have hired nine new agents since September 1st, who will be helping customers from downtown Jacksonville all the way to Palm Coast. We are at 60 agents and continue to grow! Our new Jacksonville Beach office will be open next month and we cannot wait for you to see it! Lots of great things happening at Davidson!

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Amy Anderson with over $900,000 in listings sold and $1.1 million in total sales. Amy sold four of her listings and had one buyer sale, all of which were in St. Johns County. Our A-Rated schools bring the buyers! Read more
