How long is your builders build-time in the neighborhood you are building in?

Build times can vary a little depending on holidays or weather and they can vary A LOT based on your floorplan and location of your build. Read more

The Invisible Homeowner—the Key to Good Showings

The National Association of Realtors, in its publication, “Realtor Mag”, recently outlined the top 10 worst home-showing offenses. The list includes some obvious items—from bad-tempered and/or barking dogs, unfriendly cats, attendant pet odors, to other items such as smells from cooking and smoking, etc. Amongst the most frequently cited concerns, however, is one that is a surprise to some and may seem innocuous on first blush—a homeowner who is present for showings. Agent Mirtha Barzaga Spreads Holiday Cheer with King & Bear Toy & Food Drive

Davidson Realtor Mirtha Barzaga is aiming to make the holiday a little brighter for struggling families by hosting a holiday toy and food drive on December 5! The drive will last from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the King & Bear amenity center located on Oak Grove Avenue in World Golf Village.

The public is invited to contribute to the drive, which will benefit the Emergency Services & Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County. The Coalition’s mission is to provide transitional housing to families and children who have experienced significant challenges. Read more
