The entire team is celebrating an out-of-this-world February! The total sales for the month was $12.1 million with 32 different agents contributing to that awesome number. The company had 47 closings in February totaling $11.1 million! This is the best February we’ve seen in a very long time and we are so thankful to be helping so many incredible families with their real estate needs. Congratulations to Top Sales Agent Erin Mount! Erin had $1.1 million in sales and $850,000 in buyer sales. She had two buyer sales, one in La Fontana at the Residences and one new construction home in Arbor Mill with Ashley Homes. Erin also sold her listing in Murabella. Read more

Donna Mancini Interiors & Flooring is preparing for its much anticipated Grand Opening Soiree on Thursday, March 10, and we are thrilled to announce that Team Mancini is sponsoring a raffle to benefit our corporate giving program Davidson Cares!

Doors will open at 5 p.m., allowing guests to enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres as they tour the new 5,000 sq. ft. creative space and meet the House of Mancini. The new showroom is located at 141 Hilden Road #202, in the The Shoppes at St. Johns Oaks.

Jacksonville’s Real Estate Trends in January – Low Inventory Makes For a Great Seller’s Market!

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors market stats indicate that 2016 is off to a great start with pending sales of 2,141 which is 10% more than last January. The last 12 months have averaged 2,322 pending sales per month compared to the previous 12 month’s average of 1,995 for a 16% increase. Read more
