The event features interior design expert Donna Mancini, owner of Donna Mancini Interiors & Flooring. This event is for everyone, whether you are planning on selling your home or just looking for design tips!

Donna will be providing guidance and tips on staging a home to appeal to buyers, as well as new design trends for the summer! This quote seems very appropriate for everyone in the real estate industry. We are trusted with the largest purchase in most family’s lives. Thankfully, we have many great professionals in the real estate industry that act with true integrity.

The local and national real estate market is heating up for the summer. An article from Florida Realtors about the National Association of Realtors midyear forecast says “The first quarter was the best quarterly existing sales pace in exactly a decade (5.62 million), and Yun (Lawrence Yun, NAR chief economist) expects activity to stay on track and finish around 5.64 million – the best since 2006 (6.47 million) and 3.5 percent above 2016. With several metro areas seeing hefty price growth, the national median existing-home price is expected to rise around 5 percent this year.” Read more

2nd Annual Shooting For SAYS is coming Oct. 19 (but early bird pricing starts now)!

We are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Shooting For SAYS event coming Thursday, October 19, at Jacksonville Clay Target Sports! To begin ramping up to the big event, we are introducing special early bird pricing for participants.

Anyone who signs up between June 1 and July 15 will receive discounted prices on sporting clays (set of 100 for $125 instead of $150) and skeet targets (set of 50 for $50 instead of $75). New shooters may receive instruction while shooting 25 skeet targets for $50 (instead of $75). Read more
