Davidson Cares Kicks Off Annual Cooler & Cocktail Raffle

Davidson Cares has launched its annual Cooler & Cocktail Raffle contest to benefit SAYS (St. Augustine Youth Services). Davidson Cares, our corporate giving program, is offering tickets for $5 per ticket or $20 for five tickets.

The raffle runs in conjunction with the 2nd Annual Shooting For SAYS event on October 19 at Jacksonville Clay Target Sports. Anyone who signs up for the event between August 1 and September 15 will receive five free raffle tickets. Read more

A little bit of Zig can brighten any day. The market stats for June from the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors brightened my day. Pending sales for the last 4 months are the highest we have seen. There were 2,741 contracts written in June which is 4% more than last June. Davidson Realty’s sales are up more than 12% over the first half of 2016. Read more

Davidson Realty agents Shelley Nemethy & Pam Lareau roll out new Bible study

Our very own Shelley Nemethy and Pam Lareau will launch their third Bible study series at two Davidson Realty locations. Both are open to the public.

• The first study, hosted by Shelley, will kick off Thursday, August 10 at our World Golf Village office. This series will take place each Thursday from 12 to 1 p.m.

• The second study, hosted by Pam, will begin Tuesday, August 15 at our Jacksonville Beach office. This series is scheduled each Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. Read more

Congrats to our Top Producing Agents for June and the 2nd Quarter!

The ladies came out on top for June and the 2nd Quarter of 2017! All our Realtors did an amazing job bringing in $12 million in sales during the month and 44 closings (totaling $13.6 million). We had 33 different agents with closings during June.
