Here at Davidson Realty we thought it would be neat to give you an inside view like no other to our fabulous team.  In this fun agent spotlight blog series we will be Playing 20 Questions where we get up close and personal with our agents.  Today we are featuring agent Sarah Poehler.

 

 

1.) In three sentences or less tell us a little bit about yourself.

I have 5 years property management experience and now association (COA &HOA) management.  I have a BFA in studio art & design.

 

2.) What do you like best about living here in Northeast Florida (can be specific area, i.e. WGV, Jax Beach, PVB, etc.).

The beaches, wildlife and outdoor activities – (weather).

 

3.) What is your favorite indoor or outdoor activity?

Hard to choose just one! Travel! I love being outside kayaking, biking, swimming, love it all.

 

4.) If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

Veterinary medicine

 

5.) What advice do you have for anyone looking to sell or buy right now?

Depends on the buyer/seller. 

 

Sellers – utilize all your agent’s tips and advice with regards to making your property look its best within reason. Sellers – consider renting also.

 

Buyers – find a good agent/lender and have that pre-approval letter ready.

 

6.) What would you name the autobiography of your life?

Sarah Poehler?

 

7.) What three traits define you?

Hardworking, honest & creative

 

8.) If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?

I’d help my parents with their medical bills.

 

9.) In your opinion what’s the coolest design trend you are seeing in homes today?

Minimalism & any creative architectural accoutrements

 

10.) What would you be doing if you were not helping people buy or sell homes?

Traveling or going back to school

 

11.) Where is your favorite place to be?

In nature

 

12.) If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?

Leonardo Da Vinci

Rachel Morgan from The Hollows Series

Wherever there’s great food, nice, new & quiet

19.) What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?

Buy Bitcoin & Amazon stock

 

20.) Lastly, what is your favorite thing about working in real estate?

I love helping people, flexible schedule and working independently.
