Mentor-led training, support helps 65 percent of new Davidson Realty agents become active producers within two months

Thanks to our time-tested agent training and support program, 65 percent of agents who join Davidson Realty transition to active producers within two months. Active production includes executing a buyer contract or listing a home for sale.

Agents with at least one year of experience at Davidson average $2.8 million in production.

“We know what it takes to gain momentum in this business,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty. “That is why we are so focused on providing top notch agent training and ongoing support from experienced mentors.” Sherry and her husband Jim established the family-owned company in 1989.

At Davidson Realty, we are also known for bolstering our collective strength through agent events, team-building contests and production-focused training workshops.

One such workshop, Buffini & Company’s 16-week Peak Producers course, is set to begin at Davidson Realty’s World Golf Village office on Monday, November 7. A second course begins at its Jacksonville Beach office on Wednesday, November 9. The program helps agents boost production through lead generation, negotiating skills and customer service.

Results from these efforts are evident in our growth. We opened a new office in Jacksonville Beach in 2015 and increased our agent base by 20 percent within the past 12 months.
