Say Hello to our new Davidson Property Management Team!

When it launched in 2006, our Property Management team paved the way to creating and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships between property owners and their tenants. Today, the operation is thriving as a vital part of the Davidson family, and we recently made some exciting staffing changes that are sure to make Davidson Property Management even stronger!

In addition to our stellar existing team of Laura Hendricks, Judy Kashou and Denise Kwilinkski, we are thrilled to welcome three new team members:

• David Tiller joins Davidson Property Management from our Realty side and brings great real estate knowledge. He is also U.S. Army veteran and spent years with the St. Augustine Beach Police Department.

• David Branham brings to Davidson Property Management many years of relevant experience working in finance, facilities management and property management.

• Clare Halsey is the Davidson Property Management team’s new assistant, and provides invaluable support, coordination and organization to our growing team!
