Davidson Realtor Zach Paul Launches Charity Program with a First Coast Focus

It’s the season of giving all year round for Davidson Realtor Zach Paul! He recently started a sales-based program that puts much needed funds back into the First Coast community. Every time someone buys or sells a home with Zach, they will get the opportunity to choose one of three local non-profit organizations to support. Zach pledges to donate 3% of his commission to the organization of their choice.

Zach’s clients have the opportunity to choose one of the three following organizations to direct the contribution:

St. Johns County Education Foundation:  A graduate of Bartram Trail High School, Zach is passionate about supporting St. Johns County Schools. The non-profit organization funds programs like the Take Stock in Children Program, which provides mentors for kids who are struggling, provided they maintain a 2.5 GPA and stay drug and crime free. Zach also serves as a program mentor for this valuable cause.

The St. Johns County Education Foundation also supports Arts Alive, Teacher of the Year, and many more education-focused programs in the county.

Says Zach, whose wife is a St. Johns County teacher, “We have a great schools here in St. Johns County and I feel like we should do what we can to keep them thriving.” Visit http://www.sjcef.com for more information.

St. Johns Riverkeepers:  The St. Johns River is a major part of Northeast Florida’s commerce, recreation, and quality of life. The Riverkeepers work on behalf of the community to protect and clean the river by striving to help regulate Water Policies, oppose Water Withdraws, and control nutrient pollution.

Every year, we are seeing larger and larger algal blooms and large fish kills. As a riverfront resident, Zach has personally seen and experienced these conditions. “Needless to say, we need to drive attention to the subject,” Says Zach. “I live on the St. John’s River and love fishing it. The river is a great attribute for the area and I think we should do what we can to keep it at its best. The health of the river has declined over the years. However, it is very important to me to protect and improve what we have.”

The Donna Foundation: The Donna Foundation raises money for women living with breast cancer on the First Coast… who, for whatever reason, can’t make ends meet. For those of us who have known someone with any type of cancer, we know that local community support makes all the difference.

Says Zach, “I feel that, at this point, everyone has been affected by cancer in one way or another. As someone who has lost a grandfather to cancer, this is an easy one to get behind. The Donna Foundation is an amazing effort from our community to support those living with cancer.”

Highlighted by its main event, the 26.2 with Donna, the Donna Foundation has deep roots in the First Coast community.  Go to http://www.donnahickenfoundation.org/ to find out more information.

Join Zach Paul in his efforts to give back to the community; spread the word to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Zach can be reached at ZPaul@DavidsonRealtyInc.com or (904) 714-5935.
