Davidson Property Management is On the Move

photo (28)As rental activity continues to grow, so does our Davidson Property Management team.  In just the last four months alone, our World Golf Village-based property management firm has grown its business 20%. The company has welcomed four new employees to handle the growth, in addition to Property Manager Shelby Heinemann who noted, “More people are interested in renting in today’s economy to avoid expenses like HOA or CDD fees, as well as the possibility of big expenses, like appliance repairs, that come with home ownership.” 

The Davidson Property Management team now includes:
 Shelby Heinemann, an experienced Realtor and Property Manager who leads the team
 Anna Decker, Realtor and Property Manager with a strong customer service and business background
 Laura Hendricks, Realtor, Property Manager and part of the Davidson family for more than eight years
 Sam Holmes, Property Management Assistant and graduate of University of Florida
 Judy Kashou, an experienced real estate agent with Davidson Referral Network who now assists part time in property management
