Team Davidson recently celebrated our 14th Annual Awards Banquet in “black and white” style at Blackstone Grille in Julington Creek. Over 90 agents and staff came out to celebrate a tremendous year in sales and closings and enjoy delectable food by our friends at Blackstone Grille. Davidson Realty’s Mirtha Barzaga Hosts Diamond-Studded Client Appreciation Bash

Davidson Realty agent Mirtha Barzaga hosted her Third Annual Client Appreciation Party on Saturday, January 10, at the King & Bear Clubhouse. The event theme was “Denim & Diamonds” with many guests dressed in blue jeans and jewels.

About 60 people attended the evening event, including a number of Mirtha’s previous buyers and sellers, fellow Davidson staff members and partnering vendors, builders and lenders. Read more

December was another great month for our Jacksonville Realtors with $9 million in sales and $8 million in closings. We also had an incredible fourth quarter with sales over $22 million and closings over $36 million. There were 40 different agents with closings during the quarter! Our Jacksonville Realtors and Davidson Development team had amazing numbers for the month of March with $19 million in closings and $7 million in sales. Congratulations to everyone who helped to make this a great month. Here are the Top Realtors for November:

Mirtha Barzaga is the Top Listing Agent and Top Producer for November with almost $2 million in closings. Mirtha had three new construction closings with Legacy Builders, D.R. Horton and Inland Homes. She also had two resale closings in St. Augustine.
