Mirtha Barzaga, one of Davidson’s top performing Realtors, hosted a Mardi Gras-themed appreciation party for customers, colleagues and business partners on Saturday, March 26, at the Slammer & Squire Clubhouse in World Golf Village.

“This annual party is my way of thanking those who helped to make 2015 such a great year,” said Mirtha. “So far, 2016 is shaping up to be even better.”

Way to end the First Quarter of 2016 on a high note! Our Realtors brought in $9 million in sales, $7 million in closings and 28 new listings for the month of March, which helped with our impressive numbers for the First Quarter. February was HUGE for our Realtors – Congrats to Erin, Mirtha and Team Overman!

The entire team is celebrating an out-of-this-world February! The total sales for the month was $12.1 million with 32 different agents contributing to that awesome number. The company had 47 closings in February totaling $11.1 million! This is the best February we’ve seen in a very long time and we are so thankful to be helping so many incredible families with their real estate needs. January was a very special month for the Davidson Companies! We celebrated a fantastic 2015 at our 15th Annual Awards Banquet and opened our new Jacksonville Beach office with a bang! Over 250 people attended our Grand Opening Event to welcome us to Jax Beach. And, our awesome team is fired up and ready for a great new year! We had over $7.7 million in sales in January.
