Davidson Realty Agents Earn Military Housing Specialist Certifications: Ron Savarese, Keely Ragin, Christine Skaggs & Shana Rivers completed special training to help military families navigate the home buying and selling process

Davidson Realty has achieved the rare distinction of becoming nationally certified to work with and understand the uniqueness of lending to military borrowers after graduating four Davidson Realty professionals from the Certified Military Housing Specialist Course, which is exclusively offered by USA Cares, Inc, a national military assistance nonprofit that gives emergency financial support to military and their families. Graduating from the course were Davidson Realty agents Ron Savarese, Keely Ragin, Shana Rivers and Christine Skaggs. “We have a large military population in North Florida and wanted to make sure that Davidson Realty is best equipped to help them through the homebuying process,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson. Our team of residential real estate professionals now numbers well over 40, and we’re thrilled to add Keely Ragin to the ranks of agents serving Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and the beaches.  Keely brings to Davidson a passion for helping customers navigate the real estate process.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Keely is detail-oriented and dedicated to customer satisfaction, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to our team.”

Keely Ragin hails from Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  As part of a military family, she moved several times growing up and joined the U.S. Marine Corps herself after high school.  After her military career, she spent years as a defense contractor and program manager in the aerospace industry, in addition to earning a B.S. in Business and MBA in Organizational Leadership.  Eager to move south to be closer to relatives, Keely and her family relocated to the St. Augustine area.
