We are excited to welcome yet another outstanding agent to the Davidson team! Ruby Carey brings to us 35 solid years of experience in real estate sales and property appraising. In 1979, Ruby launched her career with a real estate appraisal company in Key West, Florida. After relocating to Jacksonville in 1985, she pursued her real estate license and began her sales career as well as continued property appraising.  She established and operated her own appraisal company in 1999. Ruby’s passion for real estate sales also continued to grow and she became a full-time Realtor in 2008. Today, she is focused on leveraging her years of experience and unwavering dedication to honesty and open communication to create a great customer experience. Read more

There’s already a lot going on at Davidson Realty in 2014! We formed relationships with La Fontana at the Residences, Emerald Homes and The Cascades to be their listing agents in World Golf Village. We have our first annual Davidson Cares 5k & Kid’s Fun Run this Saturday in World Golf Village and we’ve already raised over $16,500 for our local schools. And, the new year has brought lots of customers that are ready to buy and sell! Our Jacksonville Realtors had a great month of sales in January with over $10.5 million on the books! David Tiller Makes the Shift from Law Enforcement to Real Estate

We are so pleased to welcome yet another great addition to our team of Realtors! David Tiller recently came to Davidson from a successful career in law enforcement and brings with him a natural passion for helping people. Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “David is dedicated ensuring his clients have the best experience possible during the real estate buying and selling process. We are happy to welcome him to the Davidson team.”

Born in Atlanta and raised in Pulaski, Virginia, David enlisted in the U.S. Army immediately upon graduating from high school. While stationed at Ft. Stewart, Georgia, David headed to St. Augustine on a weekend trip and met his future wife Nicole. After close to eight years of service in the Army – including a tour in Bosnia and one in Afghanistan – David settled into civilian life in St. Augustine with his wife and started a family. He became a police officer with St. Augustine Beach Police Department, and later a Deputy Sheriff with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office. Read more
