We are happy to welcome Steve Black, the newest member of our team of more than 60 agents! Steve brings to Davidson close to three decades of experience in residential and commercial design and construction.

“Steve has a wealth of knowledge that will directly benefit buyers and sellers, not to mention his enthusiastic dedication to customer satisfaction,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Steve holds an environmental design degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before becoming a Realtor, he spent 27 years in the design and construction industry, working in both residential and commercial fields. Read more

Pam Lareau Transitions From Educator To Agent At Davidson Realty

We are thrilled to announce the recent addition of Pam Lareau to Davidson’s team of real estate professionals! Before pursuing real estate, Pam spent decades as an educator.

“We are pleased to welcome Pam to our team. Her passion has always centered on helping others, which continues into her real estate career,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Pam holds a degree in elementary education. She worked at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind here in St. Augustine before teaching in public schools for 20 years. Pam recently earned her real estate license and looks forward to guiding her customers through the home buying and selling processes.

She and her husband George have three children. In her free time, Pam enjoys cooking, traveling and enjoying nature.

Davidson’s real estate sales team recently welcomed its newest member Alen Cowles! Alen boasts more than 15 years of sales experience in the mortgage industry.
