February 12, 2019

 |

In November of 2018 News3Jax reported that Jacksonville has been ranked 9th among big cities in the US for best job growth, cost of living, and popular attractions. Garrett Pelican reported “Jacksonville’s population has increased by almost 9% the past 8 years and job growth is projected to be 7.7% by 2022.”

In the city with the largest land mass in the U.S. there are plenty of different areas to explore, live, and work.  From the East coast beaches to downtown to west side country; residents and visitors have a wide variety of shopping, dining, and cultural activities to enjoy!  Job growth, opportunity, and diversity are just a few reasons to move to North Florida.  Whether you are looking to live in one of the many areas of Jacksonville or a little further south in St Johns County I can help you find the area for you!

Davidson Realty agent Carolyn Palacios organizes Hunger Fight effort

May 18, 2018

 |

Thanks to Carolyn Palacios and eight fellow Davidson Realty agents, fewer Northeast Florida students will experience hunger in the coming year.

Carolyn recently organized an effort for the non-profit Hunger Fight to provide nutritious meals to more than 20 students for an entire year, including weekends and summertime.

Agents at both Davidson Realty locations pitched in to help. Realtors at the World Golf Village office sponsored students in need at Mill Creek Elementary School, and several Jacksonville Beach agents lent their support to students at Seabreeze Elementary School.

In addition to Carolyn, Davidson Realty contributors include Sherry Davidson, Candy Gil, Erin Mount, Shirley Barber, Jennifer Todd, Matt Burkhart and Mirtha Barzaga.
