Davidson Companies earns dual accolades from Jacksonville Business Journal

Good news times two! The Davidson Companies has been named as one of Northeast Florida’s top women-owned businesses and top residential property managers. The rankings are part of Jacksonville Business Journal’s annual Book of Lists.

The top women-owned businesses, of which Davidson Realty placed 19th, were ranked based on 2016 revenue. The leading residential property managers, of which Davidson Property Management placed 9th, were ranked by 2016 gross commissions. Read more

Davidson Realtor Shelley Nemethy’s quarterly Speaker Series event is presenting another great event tomorrow night, September 5th, at 6 pm at Davidson’s World Golf Village office. Jim Davidson, President of Davidson Development and Developer of World Golf Village, will be presenting on how the community came to be from conception to completion.

Realtor Shelley Nemethy and Bank of England Mortgage Banker Andrew Merritt continue to sponsor these free quarterly events, which feature different guest speakers and a range of interesting topics for the public.
