Davidson Contributors Discuss Local Education on Upcoming WSOS Shows

Education is the hot topic of the month for our regular visits to WSOS 99.5 FM in St. Augustine. Representatives from Davidson Realty will be featured as guests on two WSOS shows in October, and St. Johns County School District Superintendent Joseph Joyner Ed.D. will join the panel for one of those shows. The topic on both broadcasts with center on the county’s public education and what Davidson Realty is doing to help schools through its non-profit foundation Davidson Cares.

• 9 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23 – Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson will come on the show with Davidson Realtors Maxine Levy and Chandler Larson to discuss the efforts of Davidson Cares and ways anyone can get involved with St. Johns County Schools. Read more

Another great agent joins the Davidson ranks! We recently welcomed Sharminee Lopez to our growing real estate team. Sharminee has been in real estate for ten years and is also experienced in property management.

Sharminee launched her real estate career in West Palm Beach in 2004 and later worked in property management. After relocating to the Jacksonville area in 2009, Sharminee actively worked to become acclimated to the Northeast Florida area before returning to real estate. Get Your Tickets for the Third Annual Davidson Cares’ Novemberfest Fundraiser on November 7th!

Novemberfest is back and better than ever! Our Third Annual Novemberfest Fundraiser for the local St. Johns County Schools is happening Friday, November 7th at Davidson Realty’s office building (located at 100 East Town Place, St. Augustine, 32092). Come out and enjoy refreshing craft beers from Bold City Brewery, delectable wines by Blackstone Grille, and Moe’s Southwestern Grill’s fantastic taco bar. There will be live music and awesome silent auction/raffle items all to benefit Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. Tickets are $20 ($15 goes to the schools) and all proceeds from the raffle and silent auction items go directly to the schools! A big thank you to Title Sponsor Bank of England, Burkhardt Sales and Service and Blackstone Grille for helping to make this event possible.
