Another lucky referral contest winner has been announced! We recently presented Darrin Medley with our third quarter referral contest prize, a silver Mango Toucan beach cruiser bicycle. Darrin was entered into the contest after referring a buyer to Davidson agent Justin Hahn.

We recently welcomed Rebecca Schaffer as our newest agent! Rebecca brings to her role years of experience in various corporate positions.

For more than 25 years, Rebecca worked in operational roles for Fortune 500 companies like Kraft and Office Depot. Shelley Nemethy hosts Bible study based on renowned teacher Beth Moore

Davidson agent Shelley Nemethy will host a community Bible study called James: Mercy Triumphs beginning Thursday, October 6, at Davidson Realty’s World Golf Village office. The group will meet every Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for eight weeks to complete the program, which was created by Biblical teacher and author Beth Moore.

“Every Beth Moore Bible study I have ever done has been life changing,” said Shelley, a top producing Realtor. “We are excited to welcome the community, get to know each other and share in great discussions.” Each session will include refreshments followed by a group chat and a video led by Beth.
