Davidson Aims to Donate 100 Pints of Blood in 2015

In 2014, Davidson Realty blood drives hosted by the Blood Alliance produced a total of 96 pints of donated blood. In 2015, we are aiming to top 100 donated pints! To help reach our goal, we encourage everyone to attend our mobile blood drive on Tuesday, February 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Davidson offices in World Golf Village.

Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Our blood drives are always a good time to catch up with neighbors and friends, and feel good about giving blood. We encourage everyone to come out and join us as we start towards our goal of 100 pints this year, which could potentially help save hundreds of lives.” Read more

Davidson Realty’s Mirtha Barzaga Hosts Diamond-Studded Client Appreciation Bash

Davidson Realty agent Mirtha Barzaga hosted her Third Annual Client Appreciation Party on Saturday, January 10, at the King & Bear Clubhouse. The event theme was “Denim & Diamonds” with many guests dressed in blue jeans and jewels.

About 60 people attended the evening event, including a number of Mirtha’s previous buyers and sellers, fellow Davidson staff members and partnering vendors, builders and lenders. Read more

It’s Raffle Time For Davidson Cares!

We love raffles and this year’s First Annual Cooler & Cocktail Raffle blows all others away! The raffle prize, which is valued at approximately $800, includes an Igloo Glide™ 110-qt. marine wheeled cooler filled with 17 bottles of premium assorted liquors, glasses, snacks and party supplies. Anyone 21 and older may purchase tickets, which are available at $10 for one, $50 for six, and $100 for fifteen.

The winner will be drawn on Saturday, March 7, after the Davidson Cares 10K/5K Leprechaun Chase. (Don’t worry, although we hope you’re there, ticket holders are not required to be present at the event to win!) Read more

Davidson Cares’ Third Annual Novemberfest Event Raises Over $5,000 for our Schools!

Davidson Cares’ Novemberfest Fundraiser was better than ever this year with cool Northeast Florida weather, live music by Davidson agent Chris Evan’s and his band Terribly Fantastic, over 45 raffle/silent auction items, a delicious taco bar, yummy craft beers, delectable wines and the support of all our vendors, neighbors and friends. We raised over $5,000 for Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary, Pacetti Bay Middle School and Nease High School! Read more

Davidson Contributors Discuss Local Education on Upcoming WSOS Shows

Education is the hot topic of the month for our regular visits to WSOS 99.5 FM in St. Augustine. Representatives from Davidson Realty will be featured as guests on two WSOS shows in October, and St. Johns County School District Superintendent Joseph Joyner Ed.D. will join the panel for one of those shows. The topic on both broadcasts with center on the county’s public education and what Davidson Realty is doing to help schools through its non-profit foundation Davidson Cares.

• 9 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23 – Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson will come on the show with Davidson Realtors Maxine Levy and Chandler Larson to discuss the efforts of Davidson Cares and ways anyone can get involved with St. Johns County Schools. Read more
