We’re ramping up to our big day – the grand opening of our new office in Jacksonville Beach! Join us on Thursday, January 21 at 4 p.m. when we open the doors at our new location at 1500 Beach Boulevard, Suite 215, adjacent to Engine 15 Brewing Company.

“We’re looking forward to being part of the Jacksonville Beach community and meeting the needs of our clients throughout the area,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson. “We have a great team of agents in the new office who are excited to turn the lights on and open the doors.”

Agent Mirtha Barzaga Spreads Holiday Cheer with King & Bear Toy & Food Drive

Davidson Realtor Mirtha Barzaga is aiming to make the holiday a little brighter for struggling families by hosting a holiday toy and food drive on December 5! The drive will last from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the King & Bear amenity center located on Oak Grove Avenue in World Golf Village.

The public is invited to contribute to the drive, which will benefit the Emergency Services & Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County. The Coalition’s mission is to provide transitional housing to families and children who have experienced significant challenges. Read more

Davidson Cares Pledges Support to SAYS & Launches 2nd Annual Cooler Raffle

We are thrilled to launch Davidson Cares‘ 2015-2016 fundraising year by putting our support behind St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS) to help maintain day-to-day operations and fund construction of an additional residence on its St. Augustine campus.

To help drive support, Davidson Cares hosts an annual Cooler & Cocktail raffle contest. For this year’s raffle, which is sponsored by Bank of England, ticket sales kicked off on Sunday, November 1, at www.DavidsonCares.com. The large cooler features 14 types of liquors as well as a variety of snacks.

Prices are one ticket for $10, six tickets for $50 and 15 tickets for $100. All proceeds from the raffle will benefit SAYS. Read more
