Davidson Realty Plans Open Event To Help Agents Understand “Know Before You Owe” Rule

We are excited to invite all real estate agents to join us on Thursday, September 15 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at our Jacksonville Beach office to better understand TRID, also known as the TILA-RESPA (Truth In Lending Act-Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) Integrated Disclosure rule.

The event will be led by Troy Silhan with Bank of England Mortgage and William Li, Esq. with Landmark Title. Troy and William will discuss changes to contracts as a result of TRID, national and local timeline adjustments for closings and important details agents need to better communicate with customers.
