Davidson Cares and MOJO Old City BBQ could not be happier at the success of the first annual MOJO BBQ Night at Mill Creek Elementary School! There were 55 family meals ordered and 45 individual meals for a total of $2,040. Harlem Wizards Event Delivers Nothing But Net (Proceeds for Pacetti Bay)!

We are delighted to announce that the Harlem Wizards event on Friday, May 23 at Pacetti Bay Middle School was a huge hit! The exhibition game, title sponsored by Davidson Realty and hosted by Pacetti Bay’s PTSO, sold about 500 tickets and raised approximately $5,000 for the school!

Davidson’s own Shelby Heinemann also helped out by securing the Renaissance Hotel at World Golf Village to house the Wizards players during their stay. Read more

Davidson Cares Donates Over $20,000 to Mill Creek, Wards Creek, Palencia and Pacetti Bay!

Davidson Realty is so excited to announce that we have raised over $20,000 for our local St. Johns County public schools during our foundation’s second year thanks to our sponsors, the community, our Realtors and Davidson Realty’s contributions. (Spoiler alert: It’s because the best food truck in town will be there!) We are thrilled to welcome S.O.S. Diner, a local food truck company, to serve lunch at the Davidson Realty offices each Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Davidson Cares’ Gives out $1,000 Grants to Wards Creek, Mill Creek, Palencia and Pacetti Bay!

Marketing Assistant Matt Burkhart and I had so much fun visiting all four of our neighborhood schools to hand out Davidson Cares’ checks for the awesome educational grant request videos submitted by teachers and PTO members for needs within the schools. Students, parents, teachers, staff and the community were given a month to vote every day for their favorite video grant and the winning grant from each school received $1,000! In addition to that, Pacetti Bay’s anti-bullying efforts earned the school a $500 grant because of the importance of the cause. Congratulations to all! Read more
