55+ Community in St Augustine: Bridge Bay

Bridge Bay in Bannon Lakes is one of the newer 55+ communities here in St Augustine. The homes start in the mid 200s. There are a variety of floor-plans in one-story single homes, single homes with a loft, and villas.

There is a community activities coordinator for Bridge Bay and for the community of Bannon Lakes. Bridge Bay residents can enjoy the pool in Bridge Bay or relax with family at the Bannon Lakes Community center and pool.

Bannon Lakes is divided into 4 areas Southshore, Bridge Bay, The Grove, and The Orchard. Each area has its own HOA, type of homes, and entrance. Bridge Bay is the only gated entry the Community. As one of the newer 55+communities there are many lots to choose from. There are also a few homes ready to move-in!

Davidson agent Jeanne Denton-Scheck installed as NEFAR President

Congratulations to our very own Jeanne Denton-Scheck, who was just installed as President of Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR). Jeanne is a long-time Realtor who joined Davidson in 2016.

In her new role, Jeanne aims to involve more agents in the organization, specifically NEFAR’s younger professionals. She is also focused on encouraging members to take advantage of educational resources and courses (free to members). Jeanne spent 10 years teaching school before pursuing real estate and finds continuing education has been vital to her own growth—even after more than 20 years in the industry.

Her focus on continuing education and her extensive experience make Jeanne a great asset to NEFAR.

Three Davidson Realty agents named to Realty-Builder “40 Under 40”

Congratulations to three of our Realtors on being named to the 2018 Realty-Builder “40 Under 40” list! Steve Rodriguez, Caitlyn Hawkins and Matt Roberts were included in the elite list of pros who were nominated by industry peers.

The annual list includes real estate and homebuilding professionals throughout Northeast Florida.

The Nemethy Group says “thank you” to customers with holiday pie party!

Tim and Shelley Nemethy, the Davidson Realty duo known as The Nemethy Group, recently hosted a Thanksgiving Holiday Pie Party to show their gratitude to customers.

Customers selected their pie flavor of choice via mail (either pecan, pumpkin or apple) and the Nemethys invited those customers to pick up their pies at the party in the Davidson Realty courtyard in World Golf Village.

More than 40 Nemethy Group customers came to enjoy snacks, drinks, socializing and the music of a talented cellist. A great time was had by all!
