We are thrilled to announce the addition of Rachel Mateo to our ever expanding team of more than 40 agents! Rachel brings with her 11 years of varied experience in the real estate industry. May was an exceptional month for Davidson Realty.  We posted $11 Million+ in closings, we were named Agency of Record for several major Hutson Companies land holdings, and we were named the #1 Best Place to Work, Small Company by the Jacksonville Business Journal.  “This recognition is such an honor because it’s based on employee feedback,” said Sherry Davidson.  In fact, Davidson has made the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list several times and topped the list three times. MAY IS BANNER MONTH with Over $9 Million in Sales and $11.7 Million in Closings – Congratulations to Pauline, Mirtha and Suzy!

May was our best month since July 2007 with over $9 million in sales and over $11 million in closings! Also during May, Davidson Realty was named the number one Best Place to Work in Jacksonville by the Jacksonville Business Journal for the third time and all our agents and staff had a blast cheering on the Braves and Cubs in our annual agent baseball contest (Go Cubs!). We had 24 agents with transactions in May, but we have to give special congratulations to the three ladies that seem to remain on top – Pauline Cake, Mirtha Barzaga and Suzy Evans!

Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake have been top performers all year and May is no different. They are our Top Listing Agents with $800,000 in listings sold. They sold two of their own listings in the King & Bear Community in World Golf Village. Pauline and Woody were our Top Producers in April, Top Listing Agents in March and Top Producers in February.
