Shelley Nemethy hosts Bible study based on renowned teacher Beth Moore

Davidson agent Shelley Nemethy will host a community Bible study called James: Mercy Triumphs beginning Thursday, October 6, at Davidson Realty’s World Golf Village office. The group will meet every Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for eight weeks to complete the program, which was created by Biblical teacher and author Beth Moore.

“Every Beth Moore Bible study I have ever done has been life changing,” said Shelley, a top producing Realtor. “We are excited to welcome the community, get to know each other and share in great discussions.” Each session will include refreshments followed by a group chat and a video led by Beth. Experienced Associate Broker Bill Thew has joined the team here at Davidson Realty! Bill comes to us with more than 15 years of experience in real estate.

Bill is a native Floridian. He spent the first half of his career in radiation protection services, working for power plants around the country. Jacksonville Real Estate Trends in August -Top 4 Reasons Closings Get Delayed

This quote really inspires me because it is so rare to see true mastery in sports, the arts and business. It is fun to have college and professional football back and the final days of baseball for this year.

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors market stats for August continue to show a strong local real estate market. The closings and pending sales are up, the median and average sales price are up and the inventory of homes for sale and percentage of distressed properties are down. All of these trends are very positive. Read more
