A big congratulations to our entire Davidson Team for another hot summer month of sales and closings. Our Realtors brought in $12 million in sales and over $12 million in closings during the month. Not only did our awesome team bring in great numbers, July was a great month for everyone that’s part of the Davidson Companies because we launched our brand-new website by RedFin Group! Davidson Realtor Mirtha Barzaga Hosts Back to School Supply Drive August 5th & 6th!

Top Realtor Mirtha Barzaga is always giving back to our community and schools. Her Back to School Supply Drive follows her annual food and toy drive during the holiday season. Join her in helping a child in need in the St. Johns County school system by purchasing needed school supplies such as backpacks, lunch boxes, pencils, Fiskars Scissors, gluesticks and more.

Mirtha will be collecting items for children in kindergarten through eighth grade at the World Golf Village’s King & Bear Amenity Center on Saturday, August 5th between 12 and 3 pm and the Heritage Landing Amenity Center on Sunday, August 6th between 12 and 3 pm. Read more

Buffini & Company’s Peak Producers training course coming to Davidson Realty offices

Davidson Realty is inviting all real estate agents to attend one of two Peak Producers training courses beginning in August. The first begins at its headquarters in World Golf Village on Monday, August 14. The second kicks off at the Jacksonville Beach office on Wednesday, August 16. Both courses run from 9 to 11 a.m.

The 16-week training course was developed by Buffini & Company, the largest real estate coaching and training company in North America. Peak Producers helps agents increase production through lead generation, negotiating skills and overall customer service. Read more

Steve Rodriguez shifts from technology to real estate at Davidson Realty

We recently welcomed Steve Rodriguez to Davidson’s real estate sales team! Steve brings to his new role experience in technology and real estate.

“Steve is a natural at customer service and, as a Northeast Florida native, he knows our area very well. We are pleased to have Steve on our team,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Steve worked in the technology sector while pursuing real estate on a part-time basis. He recently committed to real estate full-time and is eager to help his customers with their buying and selling needs. Read more
